We want you to love your Handy Look! 😊

Since our products are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong colour.

Something not right?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, let us know!

Just email Support@TheHandyLook.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll take a look and get things sorted — whether that means a replacement or refund.

Need to cancel?

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once your order goes into production, we may not be able to cancel it.
